We include all aspects of the Usability Consultation, but then arrange for a series of test users to navigate and use your site. We record where they click and their facial expressions as they navigate and use your site. This provides us with a good idea on how your website will be received by real users and also serves to highlight usability and design issues that can negatively affect your site.

We offer a monthly analytics service that lets you know: how many unique and genuine visitors you get, how many visitors return to your page, the average time spent on your website, where visitors are finding your website, what country your visitors are from and much much more!!!
